4. SMS Communications & TCPA Compliance

RealtyFlow Systems complies fully with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and Massachusetts state law. By providing your phone number and consenting to SMS communications, you agree to receive:

Appointment confirmations and reminders
Service onboarding and go-live notifications
Monthly optimization reports and check-ins

Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any SMS to immediately unsubscribe. Reply HELP for assistance. Message & data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. SMS consent is not a condition of purchase.

We maintain suppression lists and honor all opt-out requests within one business day. Time-of-day limits: SMS communications are sent between 8:00am–8:00pm EST only.

5. Data We Handle on Your Behalf

When you provide us with a contact database for system buildout, we act as a data processor on your behalf. That data is:

Used solely to build and configure your automation system
Never shared with third parties or used for any other purpose
Stored securely and deleted or returned upon contract termination
Subject to the same MA TCPA and privacy protections as your own obligations

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following trusted third-party services to deliver our product. Each has its own privacy policy:

Stripe — Payment processing (stripe.com/privacy)
Resend — Transactional email delivery (resend.com/privacy)
Twilio — SMS delivery (twilio.com/legal/privacy)
Google Workspace — Email infrastructure (policies.google.com/privacy)

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS/SSL), secure password practices, and limited access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we take all reasonable steps to protect your information.

8. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to deliver services and comply with legal obligations. Upon contract termination, personal data is deleted within 30 days unless retention is required by law. You may request deletion at any time by emailing erics@realtyflow.xyz.

You have the right to: access the personal information we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; opt out of marketing communications at any time; receive a copy of your data in a portable format.
